One pharmacy’s excess. Another pharmacy’s need.

Every pharmacy has stock it may not use in time. Another pharmacy may need that exact medicine today.

RxLoop connects the two.

List what you have, including the quantity, expiry date and price. Nearby pharmacies can find it, request what they need, and deal directly with you.

RxLoop never holds your stock. It helps pharmacies find each other.

How RxLoop works

  1. 1

    List your stock

Choose the medicine from your country’s official register, then add the quantity, expiry date and price.

  2. 2

    Get discovered nearby

Pharmacies can search by medicine or active ingredient and compare remaining shelf life, price and distance.

  3. 3

    Receive a request

The other pharmacy requests the quantity it needs. If you accept offers, it can also suggest a price.

  4. 4

    Connect directly

Once you accept, contact details are shared. Payment and handover are arranged directly between the two pharmacies.

Know before you request

Before contacting another pharmacy, you can see:

  • Remaining shelf life
  • Saving against the registered pharmacy price
  • Available quantity
  • Minimum quantity available
  • Distance
  • Completed RxLoop deals
  • Verification status

Your pharmacy stays private until there is a deal

Seller names are not shown on the marketplace.

Buyers see the city, distance, deal history and verification status. When a request is made, the seller can see who is requesting. The buyer sees the seller's identity only after the request is accepted.

Contact details are then shared between the two pharmacies for that deal.

Verified pharmacies stand out

Verification is optional.

A pharmacy can submit its registration for review. Once verified, a badge appears with its listings and requests so other pharmacies can see its verification status.

Pharmacies without the badge can still use RxLoop.

Built for responsible pharmacy to pharmacy exchange

Controlled medicines cannot be listed on RxLoop.

Stock offered through the platform must be genuine, unopened, undamaged, in its original packaging, stored according to the manufacturer’s requirements and not subject to recall.

Any legal or regulatory requirements governing the transfer of a medicine continue to apply.

RxLoop connects pharmacies. It does not inspect, store or take possession of medicines. Each pharmacy remains responsible for the stock it provides or accepts.

Local by design

Each RxLoop market operates within one country, using its national medicine register and local currency. A pharmacy belongs to the country it registers in and stays there.
